The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our team on a FIFO 2/1 roster—offering the perfect balance between professional challenge and personal downtime. If you're passionate about delivering top-tier civil remediation, demolition, and environmental projects, this role is for you.
You'll play a key role in overseeing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
✅ Lead & Manage: Oversee civil remediation, demolition, and environmental projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
✅ Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
✅ Document & Report: Prepare and review project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
✅ Ensure Quality & Safety: Conduct site inspections and audits to uphold best-in-class safety and quality standards.
✅ Support & Guide: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.
Desired Skills and Experience
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Construction or related field).
Proven experience in civil remediation, demolition, or environmental works
Strong project management skills—ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to remote locations
FIFO experience preferred (but not essential)
