  • Support learning and development programs, performance review cycles, and policy updates.
  • Help drive process improvements, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives within HR and payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, health and safety obligations, and organisational policies.
  • Stay up to date with legislative changes and contribute to audits and reporting requirements.

Desired Skills and Experience

Bring the following skills and expertise:

  • Confidence working with various HRIS and payroll systems.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, service delivery, and operational excellence.

  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field (Certificate IV in Payroll or HR minimum required).
  • Professional membership (AHRI, APA, or similar) is a bonus but not essential.

We deliver our projects with the highest regard to safety and innovation. The successful candidate must undergo full pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening and Federal Police Check prior to employment.
