The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced and proactive IT Support Technician to join our team in the Perth office. This role will provide local support for our West Coast operations and play a key role in upcoming ERP (NetSuite) training and implementation, ensuring you're ready to deliver immediate value during our Hypercare period post go-live.
Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support across systems, devices, and applications

Set up and manage IT hardware aligned with our Standard Operating Environment (SOE)

Support ERP rollout and Hypercare processes, including NetSuite

Administer user access (Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune)

Manage onboarding/offboarding processes

Monitor endpoint protection, updates, and system compliance

Resolve support tickets by agreed timeframes

Contribute to IT projects, documentation, and internal training
Skills & Experience
-
Relevant IT qualifications or certifications

Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, and SOE environments

Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

Effective communicator with ability to support users at all levels

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Prior experience with NetSuite, ELMO, Shepherd, or Definitiv highly desirable

Exposure to ticketing systems and remote support platforms
