We are currently seeking experienced Multi-Skilled Demolition Operators to support growing major projects across Western Australia, Northern Territory, Queensland, and Victoria.
Job Description

3/1 or 2/2 roster options (60–84 hours/week) pending on project

About the Role:
As a Demolition Excavator Operator, you'll work on complex demolition and civil scopes using Liberty’s premium fleet of low-hour equipment including excavators from 25t to 230t, and High-Reach Excavators up to 200t. You’ll use a range of attachments including shears, pulverisers, grabs, and hydraulic hammers across a variety of industrial work fronts.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate demolition excavators and attachments safely and efficiently
Support structural demolition, bulk earthworks and site remediation
Carry out daily machine inspections and hazard reporting
Work collaboratively in remote FIFO team environments
Adhere to Liberty’s high safety and operational standards
Background in industrial demolition or scrap processing
Proven safety awareness and risk control capability
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and Federal Police Check
White Card
Highly Regarded:
HR Licence (or higher)
Experience on ADTs, water carts or service trucks
EWP, Forklift or Telehandler tickets
Oxy cutting experience
FIFO or remote project exposure
