Liberty Industrial is seeking experienced Demolition Excavator Operators to join major deconstruction projects across WA, NT, QLD, and VIC. With a long-term project pipeline and an industry-leading fleet, now’s the time to bring your skills to the forefront.
About the Role
As a key member of our demolition team, you'll operate premium low-hour equipment across structural demolition, site remediation and civil scopes. You’ll work with 25t–230t machines, including High-Reach Excavators up to 200t, using attachments like shears, pulverisers, grabs, and hammers.

3/1 or 2/2 rosters (60–84 hrs/week)

Key Responsibilities
Operate demolition excavators and attachments safely and efficiently
Perform structural demolition, bulk earthworks, and remediation tasks
Conduct daily machine inspections and hazard reporting
Work collaboratively in remote FIFO teams
Uphold Liberty Industrial’s high safety standards
What You’ll Bring
5+ years operating 25t+ excavators
Industrial demolition or scrap yard experience
White Card
Strong safety mindset and reporting capability
Highly Regarded
HR Licence
Oxy Cutting experience
EWP, Forklift or Telehandler ticket
Experience with ADTs, Water Carts, or Service Trucks
FIFO/remote project background
