What You’ll Do

• Provide support for desktops, laptops, mobiles, and core business applications (Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Netsuite ERP system).

• Configure and deploy computer hardware in line with Liberty’s Standard Operating Environment.

• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions and secure access.

• Maintain Active Directory and O365 user access and security settings.

• Troubleshoot technical issues in person, via phone, and through the service desk system, ensuring timely resolution in line with SLAs.

• Maintain accurate asset registers, documentation, and user manuals.

• Participate in system maintenance, patching, and security monitoring.

• Contribute to IT projects, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives.

About You

You’re someone who thrives on solving problems and helping people. You have a passion for technology and take pride in providing excellent service. You bring:

• Formal training or qualifications in IT, computer studies, or a related field.

• Solid technical knowledge of computers, networks, and business applications, and Support Desk experience.

• Experience in Netsuite and Microsoft 365.

• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and approachable manner.

• The ability to prioritise, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

• A team-focused mindset with a drive for continual improvement.

• Experience with InTune, Defender 365 and Shepherd CMMS will be highly regarded.
