Liberty Industrial is seeking experienced Demolition Excavator Operators to join major deconstruction projects across WA, NT, QLD, and VIC. With a long-term project pipeline and an industry-leading fleet, now’s the time to bring your skills to the forefront.
About the Role
As a key member of our demolition team, you'll operate premium low-hour equipment across structural demolition, site remediation and civil scopes. You’ll work with 25t–230t machines, including High-Reach Excavators up to 200t, using attachments like shears, pulverisers, grabs, and hammers.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate demolition excavators and attachments safely and efficiently
- Perform structural demolition, bulk earthworks, and remediation tasks
- Conduct daily machine inspections and hazard reporting
- Work collaboratively in remote FIFO teams
- Uphold Liberty Industrial’s high safety standards
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years operating 25t+ excavators
- Industrial demolition or scrap yard experience
- White Card
- Strong safety mindset and reporting capability
Highly Regarded
- HR Licence
- Oxy Cutting experience
- EWP, Forklift or Telehandler ticket
- Experience with ADTs, Water Carts, or Service Trucks
- FIFO/remote project background
