About the role
As our P&C Coordinator, you’ll be the heartbeat of our people operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle, partnering closely with managers and teams, and helping to create a positive, engaging, and high-performance culture.
You’ll balance hands-on coordination with opportunities to contribute to broader People initiatives, as well as analytics, process improvements and organisational development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end support across onboarding, offboarding, performance, L&D, recruitment, employee movements and general P&C enquiries.
- Contribute to engagement, recognition and wellbeing initiatives.
- Build excellent relationships across the organisation to ensure policies and procedures are consistently applied and supporting business operations.
- Prepare and issue employment letters and contracts, ensuring alignment with position descriptions and legislation.
- Keep informed of legislative changes to ensure we maintain compliance across policies, systems and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records in our HRIS and contribute meaningful data insights and analytics to support strategy & planning.
- Support performance management processes and training activities.
- Contribute to initiatives relating to DEI, environmental responsibility, safety and continuous improvement.
Your Background:
- Relevant HR qualifications and would be good if you have some experience supporting a broad range of P&C functions, such as onboarding, offboarding, performance review, employee engagement, and policy implementation.
- Sound understanding of employment legislation, HR best practice and privacy obligations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end processing and reporting and doesn’t have to be in P&C or HR.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships and support employees at all levels.
- A curious, solutions-focused mindset and a passion for improving processes and the employee experience.
- Capable in HRIS systems and adapting to new technologies quickly.
- Highly empathetic and people-oriented, as well as reliable and discreet.
- Self-motivated in problem-solving, resilient under pressure, and adaptable to change.
