As the HSEQ Advisor on-site, you will be developing and implementing safety and quality initiatives, ensuring a safe working environment, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of HSEQ policies and management systems.
• Conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
• Support compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
• Work collaboratively with project managers, supervisors, and stakeholders to align HSEQ objectives.
• Provide guidance and support on all project-related HSEQ matters.
• Assist in the development of training programs to enhance workforce safety awareness and competency.

Your Background

• Minimum of 3 years of HSEQ experience in heavy industry environment.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (WHS) & White Card.
• Strong field leadership skills with ability to motivate the workforce in the application of Safe Systems of Work.
• Ability to complete incident investigations.
• Confident in delivering prestart meetings, effective inductions, toolbox topics and training.
• Demonstrated experience in supporting and promoting HSEQ initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of HSEQ management systems and compliance frameworks.
