Job Description
As our HR Generalist, you will:
Drive Organisational Development: Work closely with the Head of People & Culture on all aspects of the HR function, to include: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance to align HR practices with company goals.
Take ownership of the Employee Relations: drive employee investigations from start to finish
Support Business Growth: Contribute to tender responses and identify capabilities to enhance business performance.
Enhance Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to boost morale and satisfaction, analyzing HR data to inform decisions.
Facilitate Capability Development: Collaborate with business leaders to design training programs and develop clear career pathways for employees.
Ensure Compliance and Governance: Maintain adherence to labor laws and internal policies, fostering a culture of fairness and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven track record of working across a broad range of HR functions, including organisational development, employee relations, performance management, and compliance, with a solid experience in a generalist role or similar HR capacity.
Significant experience designing and implementing organisational development and talent retention strategies and programs.
In-depth understanding of HR principles, employment law, and HRIS software.
Proven experience in managing employee relations and developing training programs.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive HR strategies.
Competencies:
Excellent communication and listening skills, with the ability to mediate conflicts.
Capacity to assess complex HR issues (e.g., employee relations, performance problems) and develop practical, fair, and legally compliant solutions.
Expertise in managing employee relations, handling grievances, and fostering positive working environments to promote employee engagement and retention.
Adaptability to changing work environments and business priorities.
Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR issues.
