This is not a purely theoretical role. It is designed for an engineer who understands how work is executed on site and can translate that knowledge into structured, practical, and effective delivery.
Job Description

Provide field presence to support supervision, validate methods, and ensure planning intent is achieved on site
Monitor productivity, cost, and progress against program
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and delivery certainty
Support a strong safety culture by questioning assumptions, calling out issues early, and reinforcing correct controls
Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients
Foster a team‑first mindset by supporting peers, sharing workload, and contributing to collective success
