WA Projects | Perth Based | Site role

Join an award-winning contractor delivering complex industrial, demolition, and remediation projects across Western Australia.

At Liberty Industrial, this role is suited to a Project Engineer with strong site exposure who is ready to take ownership of scopes, contribute to planning and sequencing, and support delivery outcomes at a detailed level.

This is not a purely theoretical role. It is designed for an engineer who understands how work is executed on site and can translate that knowledge into structured, practical, and effective delivery.

Job Description

The Opportunity

  • Working arrangements aligned with project and delivery requirements

You will play a key role in supporting scope delivery, improving planning outcomes, and working closely with site teams to ensure work is executed safely and efficiently.

This role suits someone who understands that safe, compliant, and successful projects are delivered by teams who support each other, not individuals working in silos.

  • Actively participate in site‑based hazard identification, risk assessment, and safe work planning
  • Collaborate closely with Supervisors, HSEQ, and Operations to ensure planning aligns with site execution
  • Provide field presence to support supervision, validate methods, and ensure planning intent is achieved on site
  • Monitor productivity, cost, and progress against program
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency and delivery certainty
  • Support a strong safety culture by questioning assumptions, calling out issues early, and reinforcing correct controls
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Foster a team‑first mindset by supporting peers, sharing workload, and contributing to collective success
