What We Need From You (Must Haves)
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience operating excavators 38t+
- Proven background in demolition, remediation or civil projects
Tickets & Licences Required
- Construction White Card
- Valid Driver’s Licence (HR or above preferred)
- Verified VOC / RII competencies for excavator operation (38t+)
- Relevant VOCs/tickets for attachments highly regarded
- Ability to pass medical, drug & alcohol and police clearance
- Full working rights in Australia
What Will Set You Apart
- Multi-skilled across ADT, loaders, water or service trucks
- Experience with shears for structural demolition
- Concrete demolition experience (breakers, crackers, pulverisers)
- Oxy cutting experience
- Physically fit and adaptable to demanding site environments
