Role Overview
The Project Administrator will support the successful delivery of large-scale projects through effective administration, coordination, and communication. You’ll work closely with project managers and teams to ensure projects run smoothly, including coordinating travel and logistics for remote project sites.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project documentation, contracts, and reports.
Coordinate and schedule project meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
Track project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing updates to stakeholders.
Organize and manage travel arrangements, including flights and accommodation for project teams.
Coordinate project team movements and ensure seamless logistical planning for site visits.
Maintain accurate project records, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Act as the central point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Provide administrative support for procurement, logistics, and on-site coordination.
Desired Skills and Experience
Skills and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in construction, engineering, or industrial services.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience managing travel and logistics is highly desirable.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of WHS (Work Health and Safety) standards is a plus.
